I took my car in today because one of my tires had lost a lot of air and was flat on the bottom. They said it was because of a nail. I bought that tire from them and so they replaced the tire on the cheap. That’s how I found out it’s covered for road hazards for two years. Thanks to Jonah, who took care of my problem.

We sincerely appreciated the zero pressure sales assistance of Jonathan Allers. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and, if he didn't know an answer, he didn't make one up. There was zero pressure to make this purchase, just 100% assistance the entire tme. Chandler, the finance guy, explained every detail and extended warranties that were available to our complete satisfaction. Our trade in went unexpectedly smooth! All they wanted to know was the vehicle type and mileage... sihht unseen. They gave us a fair deal on our trade, which of course offset the sales tax, too.

The sales manager, Curry and finance managers Brandon and Chris could not have been more helpful in supporting our salesperson get a deal done. We live in Alabama, two and a half hours from Chattanooga, and Mr. Dale met us to deliver the truck in advance of inclement weather. The attention to customer service and satisfaction was evident from start to finish! It is obvious they are a family owned dealership as the care all team members we encountered showed was next level. We cannot recommend Capital Toyota more strongly.
