I made an appointment online for my 15,000 mile service. When I arrived at Capital Toyota, my truck was taken into the service bay right on time. My service was done quickly and the Service Department had me on my way within 40 minutes. I found the Service personnel to be friendly and professional. I wish the Service Department in my home state was as efficient.

I started a search for a vehicle for my son and was expecting to drive hundreds of miles for the best deal. Little did I know Capital of Toyota here through the most honest salesman I've ever met Jim Strickland would be where I'd end up saving me time and a long drive. Jim was straight to the point and had the patience of man watching his wife try on shoes when I had about 10 pages of questions for him via text and over the phone. The time in the dealership was quick also and they offered me a drink and showed me around. Overall, this was a great experience. One that makes me want to buy another Toyota even though I was once more into other brands. So if you're looking for a deal, ask for Jim, he's the best they've got because I've been buying cars for 20 years and I can just tell he's top tier. This review was not part of any arrangement and I'm doing it on my own accord...or should I say own Camry. Thanks for the pleasurable experience. Typically buying experiences rank right below root canals, but not this one. It was great. If anything changes, I'll update it but right now I'm pretty happy.

Great experience with Jim Strickland. He was very patient during my many many questions and my last minute change from one vehicle to another. He had the best price anywhere near the area and that was great to not have to travel hundreds of miles for the deal. He's honest and courteous and I wish all car buying experiences were like this one. Makes me want to go back and get another car but my bank account needs a rest. If nothing else, I'll tell everyone I can about how great the experience was at Capital Toyota in Chattanooga.

The attention to the costumer was outstading, even before the entrance to the building. The person at the front desk, Luis Cortes, answered all my questions demonstrating knowledge and interest, which moved me to trust Capital Toyota. They delivered excellent service!
